Dr Zorana Milanović


Dr. Zorana Milanović, research associate at VINS.

She graduated on Faculty of veterinary medicine, University of Belgrade in 2014, and received her PhD title at the same Faculty in 2018. From May 2017 to September 2018, Zorana Milanović was engaged in the implementation of an international MagBioVin project based on the development of new approaches to tumor therapy using nanostructured materials supported by the first „ERA Chairs“ FP7 Call # 621375, and since September 2018 as research associate engaged in the project of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia III45015 „Magnetic and radionuclides labeled nanostructured materials for medical applications“, upon invitation of the Ministry for talented young researchers-students of doctoral academic studies for participation in scientific-research projects. She is head of the experimental animal facility unit and person responsible for experimental animal welfare at Laboratory for radioisotope at VINS. She has experience in the establishment of tumor models in experimental animals and conducting experiments for the examination of anticancer efficacy of different radiolabeled compounds on tumor-bearing mice.
