FIELDS OF INTEREST:
- Condensed Matter Physics.
- Synthesis of the nanomaterials and novel magnetic materials such as bulk DMS (Diluted Magnetic Semiconductors), mixed and diluted magnetic oxides (rare-earth sesquioxides and 3d-monoxides).
- Crystal structure investigation based on X-ray diffraction method (XRD), refinement of the crystal structure by the Rietveld profile method.
- Microstructure determination by the Rietveld method and Transmission Electron Microscopy.
- Magnetization and magnetic susceptibility measurements using SQUID magnetometer and Faraday balance (force) method; thermogravimetric measurements (TGA) and calorimetric measurements (DSC).
