This project is divided in two parts: the first part includes studies that will cover the synthesis and characterization of magnetic nanoparticle materials and core-shell magnetic nanoparticles that will be used as modifiers of carbon paste electrodes (CPE), screen-printed electrodes (SPE) and for preparation of paper based electrochemical sensors; in the second part these materials are used as a basis for creating new types of chemical sensors and biosensors. Wiring of enzymes (third generation biosensors) is also attempted.
